Spas Etiquette Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to change into your robe or the appropriate attire for your service. For first time guests, we require a confidential consultation form be filled out prior to the treatment. As your appointment time is reserved just for you, your treatment time may be shortened if you arrive late.
Reservations Reservations are accepted with a valid Visa, MasterCard or Gift Certificate.
In Consideration of other Guests It is requested that cell phones, small children and pets, do not accompany you into the spa. During your treatment our expertly trained staff use professional draping techniques to provide privacy as well as comfort. Share your experience with us. Cancellation Policies Payments in full for treatment are processed at the time of booking to guarantee your treatment. A copy of your spa confirmation and time will be emailed to you. We kindly request 7 days notice for cancellations. No shows will be fully charged. Spa practitioners are not RMT. All Spa treatments have (5%) GST.
